  1. SITUATION
    a. Enemy Forces – UNKNOWN HOSTILE CONTACT
    • Origin: Unknown – initial landfall observed 24 hours ago in multiple coastal cities worldwide
    • Composition: UNKNOWN – no confirmed visual ID prior to mission start
    • Strength: UNKNOWN – scattered reports suggest large-scale presence in Mindanao
    • Capabilities: UNKNOWN – multiple friendly recon elements have gone silent in AO
    • Tactics: No confirmed patterns; radio intercepts indicate organized movement
    • Known Facts:
    o Contact results in significant casualties
    o After attacks, a dense, grey fog forms, containing high ash particulate matter
    o Civilian panic widespread
    b. Friendly Forces
    • Legion Infantry Company – Dismounted assault & clearance ops
    • Armored Composite Platoon – LAVs and APC for suppression & troop transport
    • CavScouts: Advance surveillance and enemy markings.

  1. MISSION
    PJSF will enter Mindanao to locate, identify, and neutralize unknown hostile contact, secure evacuation routes, and protect civilian life.

  1. EXECUTION
    a. Commander’s Intent
    Make first contact cautiously, gather intel, then destroy any hostile threat to allow safe evacuation.
    b. Concept of Operations
    Phase I – Approach & Recon
    • Convoy insertion from FOB Sentinel into outer Kidapawan City
    • Recon teams to identify threat type and capabilities
    Phase II – Contact & Clearance
    • Upon identification of hostile, Legion conducts building clearance and area control
    • Armor provides route security and fire support once threat ROE is confirmed
    Phase III – Evacuation & Withdrawal
    • Secure FOB OMEGA for civilian extraction
    c. Rules of Engagement
    • Maintain high vigilance – threat capabilities unknown
